Stress Relief

Decrease your stress with strategies you can use anywhere, anytime to manage anxiety, sadness, or worry. Learn to recognize stress before it escalates, what to do when it becomes overwhelming, and how to prevent it in the future. Each session includes education on the various physical, behavioral, and emotional ways stress can present. We will practice easy breathing, mindfulness, and relaxation strategies that give you back control and balance.

(Not for) Mean Girls

Separate groups for middle school and high school girls discuss specific things to do when you run out of ways to handle bullying or social exclusion. We will teach you how to cope with the uncomfortable feelings that come from feeling mistreated. Learn to be assertive and feel confident doing so!
