Catalyst Therapy accepts Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO plans and self-payment from clients opting not to use insurance or with other insurance plans. Self-pay clients may request a statement to submit for possible reimbursement.

15 minute consultations are free of charge.

Missed sessions/late cancellations are charged $50 and are not covered by insurance.

Teletherapy sessions are available and keep you connected from the comfort of your home, car or even while out for a walk.
